		Licence agreement
		Please read the Trial Agreement ("Agreement") carefully. If you do not accept any part of the Agreement, you should not register with the Product(s). If you have any questions about the Agreement, please contact Xinhua Finance Limited or its affiliates (collectively as "we" or "us") at customerservice@xinhuafinance.com. We reserve the right to amend, update, remove, or revise the Agreement at any time without notification, so please check periodically for changes. If any changes are unacceptable to you, you may cease access to or use of the Product(s) and cancel your registration. TRIAL AGREEMENT Free trial of the product(s) you have selected during the registration (the "Product(s)") is provided to you under the terms and conditions of this "Trial Agreement". 1. Trial Once your registration information is confirmed, we may, at our sole discretion, send a trial account to your email address and hence grant you a nonexclusive and limited free trial of the Product(s) (the "Trial"). The Trial will be no more than three months ("Trial Term"), during which, our sales representative will contact you regarding paid subscription to the Product(s). Upon the expiration of your Trial Term, your will sign a purchase agreement with us, or otherwise your access to the Product(s) will no longer be allowed. You will not be allowed to register within six months after your last trial term is due. 2. REGISTRATION AND PRIVACY When you register as a trial user of the Product(s) you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself. Such information provided by you shall be accurate and complete, otherwise we will not provide you any trial account. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not disclose any personal information about you unless otherwise required by law, regulations and rules of any supervisory authority or recognized stock exchange or ordered by court. You shall keep your account and password confidential at all times and not share it with anyone. You shall notify us at customerservice@xinhuafinance.com of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized use or disclosure of your password. 3. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS All content and materials available on the Product(s), including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, and software ("Content") are the property of us or our licensors, and are protected by copyrights and other intellectual property laws. You may print or download one copy of the applicable Content on any single computer for your personal, noncommercial use only. Except as expressly authorized by us, you shall not copy, reproduce, modify, transmit, distribute, sell, license, rent, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from the Product(s) or the Content. You shall not alter or remove any trademark, copyright or other notice from copies of the Content. 4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Product(s) includes data, facts, views, opinions and recommendations of individuals and organizations deemed of interest. We and our Content licensors are not giving investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or other professional advice. We and our Content licensors do not guarantee or warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of, or otherwise endorse these data, facts, views, opinions and recommendations as well as the access to the Product(s). You should always seek the assistance of a professional for advice on investments, tax, the law, or other professional matters. 5. TERMINATION 5.1 We may terminate the Agreement between you and us, and your right to use the Product(s) under the Agreement, with or without cause at any time, effective immediately. You may terminate the Agreement at any time. 5.2 Upon the termination, you shall and are committed to cease the use of the Product(s) and destroy all copies of Content then in your possession. 6. Indemnification You shall indemnify and shall keep indemnified and save harmless us from and against: any and all losses, claims, damages (including lost profits, consequential damages, interest, penalties, fines and monetary sanctions), liabilities and costs incurred or suffered by us by reason of, resulting from, in connection with, or arising in any manner whatsoever out of your access to the Products or breach of any terms and conditions of this Agreement. 7. MISCELLANEOUS This Agreement takes effect when you receive our confirmation email of the trail account and password. This Agreement is governed by Hong Kong laws, without reference to conflict of laws principles. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the trial of the Product(s), and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral, written, or electronic, between you and us with respect to the Product(s). If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
